Content Creator

MXB is a dynamic creative agency that delivers compelling, high-impact campaigns across a wide range of sectors, including Retail, FMCG, Property and Utilities. We are looking for a highly motivated and innovative Content Creator to join our team. If you’re passionate about creating engaging social content that delivers award-winning results, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, film, and edit high-quality social videos across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) primarily via iPhone.
Work collaboratively with MXB’s creative team and directly with clients to bring ideas to life, ensuring content aligns with client goals.
Ideate creative concepts that resonate with target audiences across multiple industries.
Ensure all content is delivered on time, in line with project briefs, and tailored for each social platform.
Continuously stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and platform algorithms to keep content fresh and relevant.
Confidently manage client relationships and handle feedback with a professional and collaborative approach.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience creating engaging social content, preferably with a portfolio of work across various industries.
Proficiency in video editing and filming, particularly on iPhone, with an eye for visual storytelling and high production values.
A proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Strong communication skills, with the confidence to liaise directly with clients and collaborate closely with MXB’s creative directors.
Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
