Account Direction: Lead client relationships, immerse in the client business and their sector, have high level conversations that add value to the client’s business.

Maintain detailed Oversight: of all client WIPs, Deliverables, Critical Paths, Budgets and Plan.  Work with team to ensure excellence in briefing, implementation, measurement and reporting.

Relationship Expert: know your client and know your team.  Host Major Projects to understand all moving parts at the top of each week. Guide the team to ensure all deliverables happen seamlessly.

Commercial Awareness: budget planning and forecasting for clients, determine opportunity to grow GPM, work with team to drive this forward.  Report forecasts to FD and Board monthly.

Enhance MXB product / service offering:  ensuring clients are aware and engaging us to the fullest extent possible. Drive Recruitment and team development to ensure resources and capabilities grow.

Refine Processes and agency Ways of Working: to drive efficiency and effectiveness and deliver continuous improvement. Source Specialist business partners and Suppliers who can help us enhance the agency offer and add value to our client accounts.

Manage Performance related issues: with client, team or partner network and work with CSD / MD to ensure best agency outcome. Coach the team on escalation and issues resolution.

Pitch Development, Delivery, Conversion:  client onboarding and immersion, with commitment to ongoing relationship development.

Drive Agency Positioning and Profile: by ensuring quality of client work, award submissions, attendance at industry events and implementation of marketing plan for agency.

Lead New Business prospecting: presentation development, insights and pro-actively drive outreach within existing client organisations and prospects organisations.

Model the Expected Behaviours at all times: ensure people planning is reported to CSD. Deliver role of Development Manager ensuring the CS team are delivering to the expected standards. Manage training programme, oversee onboarding, oversee recruitment.

Have you got what it takes?

  • 7+ Years Agency Experience
  • Proven Track record simultaneously leading multiple high-level, high-volume client accounts
  • Proven ability to grow accounts in size and scope including new business conversion
  • Proven track record in achieving financial goals by revenue forecasting, profitability management, and adequate resource planning
  • Highly proficient at overseeing the implementation of large projects
  • Committed to people development team performance
