  • A Relationship Expert:  You will instinctively know how to add value to the client brief.  You will escalate briefs where you feel there is wider opportunity immediately so that other talent within the agency can add value to the brief.
  • A Mentor: You will manage and nurture the skills within the wider team to ensure they are equipped to add value to all client briefs.
  • A Team player: You will drive best practice within the team as coach, leader and mentor.
  • An enthusiast: You will be driven to make an impact on client’s brands and within the industry through the leadership of award worthy work.

What You’ll Need In Your Bag Already

  • At least two years’ experience within a busy agency environment at Senior Account Manager level
  • A relevant Third level qualification
  • Demonstrable experience across digital, media and creative services.
  • Demonstrable client service experience and growth
