Background

The Grange is a Kennedy Wilson owned development in the South Dublin suburb of Stillorgan, just eight kilometres from the bustling city centre.

We partnered with Kennedy Wilson to rejuvenate their brand positioning, coinciding with an exciting new phase of construction. Our mission was to engage an audience of prospective residents aged 28 to 34. We delivered a refreshed brand positioning, a bespoke website, a targeted social media strategy focusing on lead generation, coordinated photo and video shoots, and a wide array of print and digital assets.

Our Approach

Our resident profile and audience are savvy and streetwise. They value the new and experiential. We needed to give them something unexpected to attract their attention and influence their choices. We achieved this through modern, versatile branding and a fresh, urban, eye-catching creative approach, underpinned by our new positioning: 'South Dublin Life in Style'.

During the construction of the new phase, we showcased the brand across proximity hoarding and drummed up excitement for the new development through a captivating promotional video. We launched a user-focused, research-led bespoke website in tandem with the new phase. Our approach was fortified by email marketing, Google Display, and search advertising, significantly improving conversion rates on letting enquiries.

Results

To boost brand awareness of The Grange across key target demographics and secure high-quality leads, we devised a multi-channel digital activation plan. With brand awareness and lead generation at the forefront, we deployed campaigns across multiple digital channels.

Following an initial brand awareness phase, we implemented an always-on lead generation campaign from September 2023 onwards. To ensure quality leads and optimal budget deployment, we added layered targeting parameters aligned to the key audience. In addition to driving on-site leads, we implemented native lead generation campaigns across social channels also.

Our multifaceted approach firmly established The Grange as the go-to destination for professionals and families in search of refined South Dublin living. By seamlessly blending brand awareness with targeted lead generation, we've created a distinctive presence that truly resonates with our audience.
