Background

Nestled in the heart of Dublin's historic North Docks, Coopers Cross is a landmark six-acre mixed-use campus. Developed by Kennedy Wilson, this visionary project boasts two cutting-edge and future-ready commercial buildings, over 470 residential apartments, expansive public realm, and the area's largest public park.

We were entrusted with the exciting challenge of developing a compelling brand, an engaging website, and marketing communications for the commercial aspect of this extraordinary development.

Our Approach

We created a brand for Coopers Cross that would allow us to tell the brand story consistently across multiple channels, technologies, and markets. The brand positioning in ‘Step into your Story’ allowed us to leverage the rich storytelling tradition of the area, while inspiring potential occupiers to envision their own future at Coopers Cross. Around the brand, we created a communications strategy and an integrated marketing plan.

Liaising with stakeholders, agents, and a team of placemaking brand consultants, we devised a multi-channel strategic communications plan with a tailored targeting strategy for commercial letting. This bespoke strategy was tailored specifically for commercial letting, ensuring a targeted, consistent, culturally informative, and emotionally engaging experience across all touchpoints.

Results

We implemented a highly targeted brand awareness and lead gen campaign across digital media to reach our target audience. LinkedIn is a core channel within this industry, given the expansive targeting capabilities and the engaged audience on this channel for retargeting.

By precisely targeting decision-makers, our objective was to direct traffic to the website and encourage downloads of sales and marketing materials. Our use of informative, emotive, and visually striking video and static imagery proved crucial in capturing audience attention and fostering engagement. Through this comprehensive approach, we not only elevated the Coopers Cross brand but also positioned it as a foremost destination for businesses looking to write their next chapter in Dublin's thriving commercial landscape.
