The goal of Brand positioning is to explain why a brand is different, better for it’s target consumers, and why the difference matters.

The brand positioning we created for Capital Dock Residence ‘Next Level Living’ sets it out as an elevated standard, a real cut above any other competing residential scheme.  And why does that matter?  For the target consumer, Next Level Living is the desired proposition, luxury and service fused to deliver an unmatched everyday experience. Communicating this was to understand quiet luxury, to project a tale of living that would appeal to all the senses.  Through intensely considered curation we would project the fusion of an unrivalled location, bespoke materials and finishes that would bear the quality hallmark and services elevated and tailored; it was all there.  Serving it in a 60 second brand movie would captivate and tell the true story of Next Level Living.  And therein position the brand.
